Well, this looked decent in the commercials on TV, but I wasn’t sure it looked good enough to be a huge hit. After viewing this longer trailer I changed my mind. It looks like it could be a hilarious movie. With everyone that is involved in the film it isn’t all that surprising though.
The film is directed by Nicholas Stoller, director of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, who also wrote the story. It is also produced by the same people who produced Knocked Up and Superbad…i.e. Judd Apatow and others.
The stars of the film are Russell Brand who is reprising his role as Aldous Snow in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and Jonah Hill (Superbad, Knocked Up).
Now I know Aziz Ansari probably only has the bit part we see in this trailer, but I absolutely love his line. Flushtones!
Anyway, judge for yourself from the following trailer. I am sure this will be battling with Killers (I will have this trailer tomorrow.) this coming weekend for the top spot at the box office.
